Separate written licensing is required.
14. TRADE MARKS & BRAND USE

By purchasing digital content with immediate access, you expressly acknowledge that:

legally permitted, by requesting immediate access you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge
that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once access begins.

25. COACHING REFUND POLICY
All upfront-paid coaching services are non-refundable.

26. COACHING RESCHEDULING POLICY
Where a coaching session has been booked:
48 hours or more notice:
one reschedule may be permitted at our discretion.
Less than 48 hours notice:
the session fee is forfeited.
No-show appointments:
the fee is forfeited in full.
Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation.
27. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive late:

● the full fee remains payable;

Where lateness materially disrupts delivery, the session may be treated as missed.
28. COACHING PACKAGE TERMS
Where packages are purchased:
sessions must be used within the stated validity period.
If no validity period is specified, we reserve the right to impose reasonable completion deadlines.
Unused sessions are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
29. EMAIL / WHATSAPP / SUPPORT ACCESS

Red light therapy is provided as a complementary wellness service.

39. ADVERSE REACTIONS / OUTCOMES
As with complementary therapies, outcomes vary.

40. MEDICAL EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
